Dr. Crabtree graduated from the Oklahoma State College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice since 1998. During his career Dr. Crabtree has held academic appointments as associate professor at the Medical College of Georgia and clinical appointments including medical director. He has also served on the committee for the Medical Association of Georgia to evaluate scope of practice within the state. As an Osteopathic Physician his interest has always been in the evaluation and treatment of the whole patient. Through his practice he gained expertise in the evaluation and management of chronic pain patients as well as acute sports related injuries in a broad range of clinical settings. To that end he has had the opportunity to work with sports teams as well as Federal and State law enforcement agencies. His ongoing passion to provide relief to patients continues with the current offering of the Calmare Pain ScramblerTherapy. He continues to assist patients in their quest to attain a manageable, healthy lifestyle.
Kurt graduated from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 1993. He started his career at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He then moved to Atlanta, Georgia and began working in the CCU at St Josephs Hospital of Atlanta. After 3 yrs he started his long ER career at Piedmont Hospital. Kurt was the night shift charge nurse for 11 years then continued his ER career at Northside Forsyth Hospital for the next 5 yrs. He is passionate about providing the Calmare Pain Scrambler treatments as he has seen the direct results of opioid abuse and addiction. Julissa Trance graduated from State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn, College of Nursing with a bachelor of science in 1994. She has 25 years in the field of nursing. She started her career in Brooklyn, New York Lutheran Medical Center surgical medical floor. She moved to Florida and worked at Coral Gables hospital telemetry unit, intensive care unit and emergency room. She was a travel nurse for 14 years with Cross Country Per Diem Medical Staff Network. Her travel assignments were mostly based in Florida at Broward Health North Pompano Beach and Broward Health Andrews Ave Fort Lauderdale working medical intensive care unit, cardiac ICU and step down unit. Her most recent job was working at a pain clinic in West Boca Raton, FL Physician Partners of America under Dr. Le She worked in the recovery room with patients that were treated with epidural blocks and injectables under monitored anesthesia care (conscious sedation). She is excited to help patients become pain free using the Calmare Pain Scrambler.
